SZL Chain Grate 15 Ton Biomass Fired Steam Boiler For Textile Factory
SZL type is a double-drum water tube assembly travelling grate boiler (A type layout). The boiler body has an upper drum and a lower drum longitudinally arranged along the boiler center. The front of the upper drum and water wall tubes on two sides form a hearth heating surface, and the tube banks between the rear of the upper drum and the lower drum form a convection heating surface. The economizer is arranged on the rear of the boiler, and high temperature fume generated by burning was sucked partial heat in the hearth, enters the convection heating surface for heat transfer through the cooling room and is sent into the chimney by the draught fan through the economizer and deduster and discharges into the atmosphere.

Supervision of Installation and Commissioning Service
Supervision of installation and commissioning the equipment within delivery scope is available by
our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:
1. The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.
2. Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at the end-user’s site.
3. Necessary communication cost.
4. Service fee of Seller worker: USD 100 per day per person, for the entire period at the end-user’s site. This quotation excludes all consumables during erection, commission and trail run, like instrument, common tools, installation auxiliaries and oil etc.
